SERPPatch connects to Google Search Console via read-only API scopes. We will never sell, rent, or share your proprietary search data, queries, impressions, or client metrics with third-party data brokers or use it to train public AI models.
When you use SERPPatch, we collect certain information to provide search performance diagnostics and actionable recommendations:
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
Executing statistical models (IQR, weighted position shifts) to flag decaying pages and quick wins.
Passing page snapshots to enterprise AI models (Gemini) with zero-data-retention agreements to create fix suggestions.
Managing workspace subscriptions, invoices, and quota usage records.
Preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing rate limits.
SERPPatch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, and we do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the core user-facing features of SERPPatch.
All OAuth credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All web traffic between your browser, our servers, and external APIs is strictly transmitted over TLS 1.3 encryption.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards, you have full ownership of your data:
