1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the services provided by SERPPatch Inc. ("SERPPatch", "we", "our", or "us") at serppatch.com or associated domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

SERPPatch provides an automated search intelligence and diagnostic software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to analyze Google Search Console datasets, identify ranking and traffic anomalies (including Content Decay, Quick Wins, and CTR Opportunities), and generate structured editorial fix recommendations.

3. Accounts & Workspace Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

• Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time within your workspace billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
• Refunds: We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with the analysis results.

5. Acceptable Use & Fair Usage

You agree not to use SERPPatch to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying proprietary ranking algorithms.
• Circumvent API quotas, automated crawl rate-limits, or plan tier restrictions.
• Upload malicious code, harmful datasets, or content violating intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data, Search Console datasets, website URLs, and custom editorial modifications. SERPPatch retains all intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, UI designs, and documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SERPPatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, search rankings, or business interruption.
