Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Operator

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, accessing, or using SERPPatch at serppatch.com, you agree to these Terms. SERPPatch is operated by DragonVerse Media Inc., a Colorado corporation (referred to as “SERPPatch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SERPPatch is a search intelligence SaaS platform. It uses authorized, read-only Google Search Console data to identify patterns such as Content Decay, Quick Wins, and CTR Opportunities and may generate reports, priority scores, and editorial recommendations.

3. Accounts and Connected Properties

You are responsible for account security, the accuracy of information you provide, and ensuring that you own or are authorized to manage each website and Google Search Console property connected to your workspace. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• You may cancel through the workspace billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at checkout or provided by support.
• Plan limits, usage allowances, and feature availability are shown on the pricing page and may vary by plan.

5. Recommendations and No Guarantee

Reports, scores, forecasts, and AI Action Briefs are for informational purposes only and require human review. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, indexing, or any other SEO outcome. You are responsible for approving and publishing any website change.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer the service, circumvent plan limits or API quotas, upload malicious code, infringe third-party rights, abuse automated crawling, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Ownership

You retain ownership of your website data, Search Console data, URLs, and editorial materials. DragonVerse Media Inc. retains all rights in the SERPPatch software, algorithms, branding, UI, documentation, and other service materials.

8. Availability and Liability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and Google APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous API access, or error-free analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DragonVerse Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, rankings, traffic, or business interruption.

9. Google Disclaimer

SERPPatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Search Console access is read-only and subject to Google’s own terms, policies, availability, and data methodology.
